Peggy Calabrese plans and produces weddings and private social events. When working on Peggy Calabrese's identity design, lilo was inspired by the abundance of props and paraphernalia used to craft her events. We aimed to capture the festive, yet classic style of her events in our graphics. Our solution was a woodcut-inspired bouquet of flowers, that stands alone in her logo, but multiplies into rich patterns on the backs of her cards. Her stationery system, set in a conservative palette of chocolate brown and warm off-white, comes to life through the texture of its letterpress printing and the lively proliferation of party props in our patterns. lilo recently launched a new website for the company.
